  Came in at 9:55 to simply grab the first sheets and pillow I could find (As I had just moved), and had no less than 3 people rudely express I should leave. I perfectly understand closing hours having worked retail myself, but in no way is it appropriate to tell a customer to leave when they walk in the front door before closing. I grabbed my stuff and checked out before 10, just as planned. Go here if you need something, but go to another kohl's that actually trains and manages their staff properly.

  Worst customer service ever!! Older woman at jewelry counter was incredibly rude! The store has been going down hill for a while. Lower quality higher prices. Husband got rid of his card a while ago mine is going now!
